Yantai Bagmart Packaging Co., Ltd, founded in November 1999, is located in the beautiful coastal city - Yantai. We mainly produce LDPE zipper bags, slider bags, flat-poly bags, PP flat-poly bags, OPP flat-poly bags, and flat-bottom bags, together with several kinds of laminated bags. We have around 800 workers in total currently and take up 58,600 cubic meters (644,688 square feet). We also have a warehouse covering 10,000 cubic meters (110,000 square feet), and our capacity reaches up to 2,100 tons per month, which makes us one of the largest zipper bag manufacturers in the Chinese mainland, or even Asia.
 
Passed One of the Most Difficult Factory Audits
During the development of nearly 20 years, we have always been regarding product quality and safety as the priority. Thus, we passed the ISO 9000 certificate in 2004, the HACCP certificate issued by AIB in 2005, and the national production certificate "QS" in 2008, and we passed one of the most difficult factory audits in 2013. Moreover, we got a BSCI certificate in 2017. Furthermore, we have won the trust and support of many national and international clients with our long-lasting high-quality standards.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have our own lab to test heavy metal, tensile strength, opening force, transparency, and many other tests regarding plastic bags. All resin, ink, and packaging materials have to pass heavy metal and other food safety testing before going to production and packaging procedures.
Quality Control Procedures
We have QC in line during extruding film, printing bag-making, and packaging.
Origin of Materials and Components
All the resins are imported from overseas countries, mainly Malaysia, Qatar, and the US.
Additional Information about the Quality Control Process
Workshop entering: Any employee or visitor who works or visits workshops has to wear a hair-net, no jewelry, and more. We have air showers to ensure the production situation. 6S and lean management are operated everywhere in workshops. GMP managing system is operated everywhere in Bagmart.

Equal Employment Opportunity/Non-discrimination

Policy on Forced Labour
We do not use any prison, slave, indentured, or forced labor in the manufacture of any of our products.
Policy on Child Labour
We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.
Policy on Coercion and Harassment
We acknowledge the value of our staff and treat each employee with dignity and respect. We do not use cruel and unusual disciplinary practices such as threats of violence or other forms of physical, sexual, psychological or verbal harassment or abuse.

We believe it is our duty to protect the environment and we do this by complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations.
Policy on Sensitive Transactions
It is our policy to prohibit employees from entering into sensitive transactions -- business dealings generally considered to be either illegal, immoral, unethical or to reflect adversely on the integrity of the Company. These transactions usually come in the form of bribes, kickbacks, gifts of significant value or payoffs made to favorably influence some decision affecting a company's business or for personal gain of an individual.
Policy on Commercial Bribery
We prohibit employees from receiving, directly or indirectly, anything of value in return for using or agreeing to use his or her position for the benefit of that other person. Similarly, commercial bribes, kickbacks, gratuities and other payoffs and benefits paid to any customer are prohibited. However, this does not include expenditures of reasonable amount for meals and entertainment of customers if they are otherwise lawful, and should be included on expense reports and approved under standard Company procedures.
Accounting Controls, Procedures and Records
We accurately keep books and records of all transactions and the dispositions of our assets as required by law, as well as maintain a system of internal accounting controls to ensure the reliability and adequacy of our books and records. We ensure only transactions with proper management approval are accounted for in our books and records.

We will provide free samples of products upon customer's request. To help us decide favorably on sample requests, we ask interested customers to send comprehensive buyer information for our review.available stock sizes are free, customized sizes are to be discussed.
Guarantee
We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturer defects. Liability under this warranty is limited to the replacing of any product found to be defective under normal use.
Export/Import Support
All sample shipments will be either by DHL, with taxes and shipping costs paid by the customer.

Message from the President
Xinjun Wang Master of Engineering President of Yantai Bagmart Packaging Co. Ltd engaged in production, management and international trade in plastic packaging industry since 1992. Hard working and detailed management to make perfect products serve customers. During the past over couple of years, the company fought to grow up relying on excellent product quality and service. Over the years, I have visited 80% of the customers abroad, and become good friends with them. Many of them are more than a decade of customer, and some of them as long as 20 years.
